The location is great, super close to the train station. It's an easy walk to restaurants, and even the beach is about 30 minutes away. The AC in the room kept things comfortable, and breakfast for €5 was a good deal. The staff was cute and helpful 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property and its unbeatable and excellent location.
By and large, it was fantastic base for sightseeing in Nice, had much fun and met particularly helpful and top-class staff on night shift.

Recently renovated and reasonably priced hotel with top-class employees that was at the reception desk Coffee, tea, and croissants for breakfast, nice touch. The rooms with comfortable beds. Comfy and handy location, 10 minutes' walk to St Nicholas Cathedral😀🙂

I loved the cozy atmosphere in the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping things cool . I was pleased with the art deco style around the hotel, showcasing some nice decor. The location, very close to the train station, made it easy to explore the area. There were a few issues. The bathroom could have used a bit more thorough cleaning. I noticed some dust in the corners, slightly off-putting. The noise from the street could be loud at night. WiFi troubles were an annoyance, it required frequent resets by reception. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could use an upgrade.

The hotel is located just steps from the train station, making it convenient for exploring Nice and the surrounding areas.
The shower in my room was quite small, which might be uncomfortable for taller guests.

It is very close to train station and center and not too far from the beach (15 walk minutes).
The rooms from 1st floor were smaller than the ones at 2nd floor.
